Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the SideAll website, Chrome extension, API-backed licensing, and SideAll Pro checkout.
Service
SideAll is a browser productivity utility that opens supported third-party AI websites in one Chrome side panel. SideAll does not provide AI model access, AI provider subscriptions, or accounts with third-party providers.
SideAll is an independent browser extension and is not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, DeepSeek, Mistral, or any other AI provider. SideAll does not sell AI model access. It provides a browser sidebar workspace for opening and switching between AI websites.
SideAll Pro unlocks more sidebar workspace slots and premium shortcuts. It does not include, sell, or replace accounts with any AI provider.
Your Responsibilities
- Use SideAll only for lawful purposes.
- Follow the terms and policies of each third-party AI website you open through SideAll.
- Keep your provider accounts and Google account secure.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, disrupt, or overload SideAll or related services.
SideAll Pro And Payments
SideAll Pro unlocks SideAll workspace features, such as premium shortcuts and additional workspace capacity. It does not include paid AI provider accounts or third-party model access.
Payments are processed by Creem. SideAll does not store full credit card numbers. SideAll, not Google or any AI provider, is the seller of SideAll Pro.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in the SideAll Refund Policy at /refund. If the Refund Policy conflicts with these Terms, the Refund Policy controls for refund requests.
Third-Party Websites
SideAll can open third-party websites inside the Chrome side panel, but those websites are not controlled by SideAll. Availability, login behavior, pricing, rate limits, provider content, provider policies, and compatibility may change without notice.
A provider may block iframe or side-panel rendering, require additional verification, change authentication flows, or stop working in SideAll. SideAll may provide open-in-tab or refresh actions when compatibility is limited.
No Warranty
SideAll is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, provider compatibility, error-free operation, or that the extension will meet every requirement.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SideAll is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, provider account issues, third-party service outages, or payment processor issues.
Changes
We may update these Terms when SideAll changes or when legal, payment, or Chrome Web Store requirements change. Continued use of SideAll after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
