Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds work for SideAll Pro purchases made through Creem.
Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if SideAll Pro does not work as expected, you purchased by mistake, or you bought the wrong plan.
Eligible Refunds
- Duplicate purchases.
- Accidental purchases.
- Technical issues that prevent you from using SideAll Pro after reasonable troubleshooting.
- Wrong plan purchases, such as buying Lifetime when you intended to buy Yearly.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests made after 14 days, unless required by applicable law.
- Issues caused by a third-party AI provider account, subscription, outage, policy change, or website restriction.
- Abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or violation of the SideAll Terms.
- Requests based on the expectation that SideAll includes paid access to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any other AI provider. SideAll Pro is a SideAll workspace license only.
How To Request A Refund
Email support@sideall.app with the purchase email, order ID if available, the plan purchased, and a short explanation. We may ask for additional information to locate the transaction or troubleshoot the issue.
Processing
Approved refunds are sent back through the original payment method using Creem. Bank or card processing times are controlled by the payment network and may take several business days.
License Access After Refund
When a refund is approved, SideAll Pro access may be revoked for the refunded license. Free SideAll features remain available.
